iTunes pricing to change

Apple announced new iTunes pricing which will begin in April, 69 cents, 99 cents and $1.29, with most albums still priced at $9.99.

Seems the long tail of iTunes could become much cheaper. I guess I'll hold off on getting those old tracks I've been wanting.... but anything new will likely be $1.29

iTunes and DRM... no more!

Just saw this on fox news... and I see it's already on PC World.

iTunes started selling DRM FREE songs today, in their new iTunes Plus!

Fox said its 30cents more per song for DRM free. ($1.29)

What a super idea... sell MP3s through iTunes that can be played on the Zune, and still make more Apple money.

They also announced iTunes U with lectures and such from Universities.

Is iTunesLib next?
