Ed Riding - ERM (Electronic Resource Management)

Why ERM?
Can track ERM data for all e-resource types: interface, package, ejournals, ebooks, websites, trials, access management & administration.
Track agreements & licenses. Has fields for incident log, z39.50, authorization, IP recognition, status of whether you've sent IPs to a particular vendor. Fields for contract terms, packages within packages.

A grid can display which ER are available and what the restrictions are.

Project manager to allow tracking of tasks & people required to renew a particular resource. Build a workflow of tasks involved. When task is completed, the next person in the workflow are notified via email that they are now responsible. Also sends "overdues" when people are hanging up the workflow.
