I got the same email today (aug 25 2006) and it stated the "Draw" was conducted in Brockley, London United Kingdom on the 25th of june 2006. I think it is definetely spam......

I just got the same email too, dated octobet 18, 2006 and says "The prestigious Microsoft and all has set out and successfully organized a Sweepstakes marking the Mid year 2006 anniversary we rolled out over GBP5,000.000.00 (Five million Great Britain Pounds) for our end of year Anniversary Draws. Participants for the draws were randomly selected and drawn from a wide range of web hosts which we enjoy their patronage..."
the reference and batch number with all the letters are the same.
