Have you seen the Schmap worldwide travel guides? Interesting use of flickr's api.
I found out about this when Schmap contacted me via flickr to tell me one of my photos had made the short list for inclusion in the next revision of the New Orleans guide. I had the option to agree to the licensing agreement, which allowed me to retain my creator rights.

Did you accept the agreement or not?

I did accept the agreement.
They recently sent a notification via flickr that my photo is also being used in the iphone version and left instructions on what to do if I wished to opt out of that.
I would have preferred they secured permission for the additional use FIRST, as that's how it should have worked, instead of offering an opt out after use.
